Report on the Impacts of Airbnb in the Republic of Ireland

In 2019, with Dr Sasha Daniel Brown, I co-led the Report on the Impacts of Airbnb in Ireland. I initiated the project, established the collaboration with Murray Cox of Inside Airbnb and the Irish Housing Network. The collaboration produced the first publicly accessible and nationwide Irish dataset on Airbnb listings. I co-wrote the report, and TheJournal.ie reported its findings in June 2019.
